Get ready for a fun and exciting Bughouse Chess Tournament! This special team format is all about teamwork, communication, and quick thinking.

The tournament is open to everyone — children, parents, beginners, and experienced players!

⚔️ Format

• ♟️ 9 rounds, round-robin
• ⏱️ 5 minutes per player
• 🤝 Teams of 2 players
• ❗ Limited to 10 teams

🌟 Who can join?

Everyone is welcome! You can play together with a family member, another chess student, or a friend.

When registering, please write the name of your teammate in the message field of the registration form.

Don't have a teammate yet? Let us know in the registration message — we will do our best to help you find a partner!

🐞 How does Bughouse work?

Bughouse is a fast-paced team chess variant where two players form a team and play on separate boards. Captured pieces are passed to your teammate, who can then place them on their board.

The rules can be a little different from regular chess, so all rules and game procedures will be explained and reviewed together before the tournament starts.

🏆 Prizes

• 🥇 1st place: Trophy to both players
• 🥈 2nd place: Trophy to both players
• 🥉 3rd place: Trophy to both players
• 🎖️ All teams with 50%+ score receive a medal
